We hold a full International Operator Licence, members of the Road Haulage Association and carry full goods in transit insurance for the carriage of heavy plant and equipment in the UK and on the Continent. The haulage section working closely with the plant department of the company are able to offer a first class service for the prompt delivery and collection of their plant and equipment.
In addition we can offer companies a very competitive service for the transporting of their plant and equipment to any destination. We have a pay load capacity of 80 tonnes, using step frames, low loader, beam and flat bed trailers. Our rigid beaver tail with hiab attachment is also available for the smaller loads. We are also able to offer storage for plant and equipment.
A recent addition to the company, Asbestos Surveys, you may think a little strange for a plant and transport company to be involved with asbestos but we have fully trained staff to offer this service and advice.
On the 21st May 2004 the ‘Duty to Manage Asbestos in Non-Domestic Premises’ became law, therefore if you are responsible for any non-domestic property it is your legal duty to identify, assess and manage the risks from asbestos in these premises.
We can help you legally comply with these regulations with Asbestos Surveys and advice from surveying all types of commercial and domestic properties, to assist in the identification of asbestos materials present.
